Baked twice, Biscotti is a traditional Italian Cookie. They have a firm, crisp texture, and are the perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee, wine or gelato. Traditionally, the dough is formed into a narrow log, baked, cooled, and cut, then baked again.

All our Biscotti Mixes have been created from high quality natural ingredients with no preservatives or MSG added. Each ingredient in each package has been individually hand measured for consistent quality. All you need to add is butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Everything else has been pre-measured for you!
