Basic Recipe for:
Simply Delicious, Easy to Make, Hot Buttered RumDirections:
Heat to almost boiling, both 3 - 4 oz. (85 – 125 g) of water and 3 - 4 oz. (85 – 125 g) of apple juice. Pour into a warmed mug. Add 1 tbsp. (15 ml) of Hot Buttered Rum Mix and 2 oz. (60 g) of dark or golden rum. Stir to mix well. (For a more Full Bodied Taste – eliminate the water and use only apple juice – Rich and Decadent!) Top with a small dollop of butter and a sprinkling of nutmeg. Serve with a cinnamon stick or swizzle spoon.Hot Buttered Hazelnut Tea – Recipe is currently being developed.
