Delicious Dessert Cookies, better known as Italian Biscotti. Baked
twice, Biscotti is a traditional Italian Cookie. They have a firm, crisp texture,
and are the perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee, wine or gelato. Traditionally,
the dough is formed into a narrow log, baked, cooled, and cut, then baked again.
This results in a delicious cookie or Biscotti, that is just right to dip into
coffee, red wine or liqueurs. Biscotti are great in the morning, as an afternoon
delight or as an evening dessert. They are especially great, all by themselves,
enjoyed as a cookie.
All our Biscotti Mixes have
been created from high quality natural ingredients with no preservatives or
MSG added. Each ingredient in each package has been individually hand measured
for consistent quality. All you need to add is butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
