This Triple Flavor Package
includes:
- A Touch of Curry
A slight taste of curry, as the name says "A Touch of Curry". A great addition
for that ultimate flavor. Especially great with chicken or fish.
- Creative Cajun
Sneaks up on you but is not overly strong. Easy Cajun Cookin' with out having
to find those needed ingredients. We have done it for you.
- French Creole
Great for that warm Creole taste. It has some heat but does not overpower
the food. We love it as a meat rub.
One package will make
6 cups (1500 ml) of dip...a little goes a long way!
Directions:
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) Ultimate
Gourmet Dip Mix
- 1 cup (250 ml) Mayonnaise
- 1 cup (250 ml) Sour Cream
or Yogurt
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) Lemon Juice
Blend well and refrigerate
at least two hours or overnight for ultimate flavor. This allows for the re-hydration
of the natural herbs and spices. If desired, low fat mayonnaise and/or only
sour cream may be used. Use the dip with vegetables, potato or tortilla chips,
toasted pita bread, crackers, etc. Should you have any dip left over, mix with
a little milk and use as a salad dressing. Delicious!
