Fruit Bread has been served throughout Europe for many different festive occasions. Various fruits and spices are delicious additions to traditional breads. One package will make 1 loaf of bread.
By only using the dough cycle; use these mixes to make approximately 12 delicious Fruit Buns.

Directions:

In bottom of bread machine pan measure ½ cup (125 ml) of room temperature water, 1 egg and 1 tsp. (5 ml) of vanilla extract. Add contents of package (ensure flour mixture is well mixed before adding), 4 tbsp. (¼ c.)(60 ml) of butter or margarine and 1½ tsp. (7.5 ml) of room temperature instant yeast. Select Sweet Loaf, if available; otherwise select standard loaf. Enjoy!
