For an elegant Cheese Ball Torta - Mix ½ tbsp.

lemon juice and Worcestershire Sauce. Into the bottom
of a mold lined with plastic wrap or cheesecloth, press
½ of the cream cheese mixture. Then add all the
cheddar cheese mixture. On top of this add ¼ to
½ cup chopped nuts. Finish with the remaining cream
cheese mixture. Refrigerate 2-3 hours, unmold and serve
at room temperature. Garnish with walnut / pecan halves.
